Position: Part-Time Registered Clinical Counsellor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to assist clients in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field from an accredited university.
- Proven experience in providing individual counseling to diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

As a Neurofeedback Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality neurofeedback services to our clients. Your primary duties will include preparing clients for sessions, setting up and operating neurofeedback equipment, and monitoring clients during sessions. You will also be responsible for recording and analyzing client data, as well as maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Our clinic is Board Certified by Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) - the highest certifying authority in the industry and you will have the opportunity to learn the proper clinical standards to ensure the highest level of service and efficacy for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare clients for neurofeedback sessions and explain the process to them
- Set up and operate neurofeedback equipment
- Monitor clients during sessions and make adjustments as needed
- Record and analyze client data
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have
- Assist with scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of neurofeedback
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere upon their arrival.
- Collaborate with the clinic director and team members to continuously improve office procedures and workflows.

You will also help with promoting the clinic using various marketing tools including creating, posting, and managing replies to social media posts and blogs.
